Job Description

This role will be to support Cycle Count Coordinator and Operations while reviewing material accuracies. Communication and collaboration with Compliance, Production, Distribution, Material Operations, Finance, among others.

Provide assistance and guidance to cycle counters. Perform and/or lead Cyclic Counts for the raw materials Inventory established in the Cycle Counting DOP aiming to maintain a high level of accuracy. Responsible to run reports, physical location and counting of items. Preparation of cycle counts reports, research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance to inventory procedure. Accurately counting for assigned locations. Assist and perform investigation process to resolve inventory issues. Adopt and follow up the ISI safe protocol for the warehouse and production areas. Perform Batch Description (DB) of material by Variance Request (VR's) Verify quantities of VR's performed by Changeover. Audit Scrap reported by Changeover in the Material Transfer Form (MT) Leadership in the performance of purge activities. Report material separation based on the request of the inventory analyst or supervisor (scrap). Assist the inventory analyst or supervisor in the necessary adjustments. Perform training for cycle counter 1 and 2. Lead discrepancy investigations. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

High School / Technical career. 3 + years as Cycle counter, material handler or similar. Advance knowledge of Inventory control. Experience leading cycle counts activities. Experience with warehouse tools and equipment including forklift. Intermediate computer experience including MS Office products and ERP systems, preferably SAP and Agile. Strong Excel and Database skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Self-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision. Passionate commitment to customer service, demonstrated consistently and appropriately when interacting with business partners, suppliers, and colleagues. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects successfully. Basic English (written/spoken preferably).
