  • Conocimiento de marcas como APC, Schneider, Tripp Lite, Belden, Panduit, Ciena, etc.
  • Manejo de proveedores para diseño de soluciones: equipos electromecánicos (UPS, Plantas de energía en emergencia, Aires acondicionados) datacenter como: posiciones de los racks, pasillos calientes y fríos, alturas de pisos y plafones, cableado eléctrico, cableado de red, sistema contra incendios, puntos de seguridad de acceso.
  • Conocimiento de prácticas tipo PMI, ITIL, CMMI o COBIT, IBA o SOX
  • Experiência en proyectos de complejidad media y alta. Manejo de equipos de trabajo (5 a 12 personas) contención y atención a incidencias con cliente.
  • Experiência en Administración de proyectos de consultoría en ciclos de entrega superiores a 4 semanas. Capacidad de entrega simultánea de proyectos (2 a 3 proyectos)
  • Experiência en Revisión de estimación de actividades, planeación de recursos, seguimiento a requerimientos y planes de trabajo, hitos y ruta crítica, pruebas internas y Checklist de entrega, manuales y documentación de salida de procesos, coordinación de actividades (incluso en campo, comunicación interna y externa de estado de proyectos.
  • Administración de Riesgos bajo metodología PMI o en su defecto Octave, magerit, etc.
  • Asignar recursos y tareas, administrar el aseguramiento de calidad, resolver problemas, revisar y presentar status y reportes, desarrollar estándares y controles de cambio.

Deseable:

  • Certificación como PMI
  • PMP o equivalente. Fundamentos de PMBook, ITIL, IBA, etc.
  • Certificación o cursos de CTDC ACI
