Job Summary


To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an RPA Developer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.


Reporting to the Director, HR Global Business Services the RPA Developer role involvesResponsible for driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and human resources teams using systems, tools, and data managing the end-to-end build, test, and deployment.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Hands-on experience on RPA tools with UiPath experience is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in managing endtoend build, test, and deployment.
  • Clearly understand the design from the project lead to develop the solution for cloud/onprem attended, unattended, and hybrid bots.
  • Work closely with Process Leads in understanding the functional requirements, and exceptions and provide solution design & architecture.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs.
  • Asset management in Orchestrator
  • Custom package development & deploy for automations.
  • Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • A good understanding of formal software development practices and procedures, Source code management process, and Version control using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively, as well as to function as an effective team member in a local and virtual team development environment.
  • Work with various stakeholders including frontend UI developers to build the interface with a focus on Reusability features.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all technical and architectural issues, understand of infrastructure issues, and lead problem identification/error resolution process with different technical domains.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Mid in a similar position.
  • English intermediate.
  • Experience with RPA tools with UiPath.
  • Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL)
