Acting as the liaison between the commercial team and S&OP, you collaborate with demand planning, plant leadership, and business units. This involves establishing and executing supply planning processes, setting priorities, such as creating MRP for material sourcing, DRP, MPS, promoting process enhancements, and leading supply reviews.Your team

  • Responsible for generating replenishment requirements using demand signals, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets to formulate a comprehensive network supply plan across the supply chain organization, meeting financial needs, operational capabilities, and wholesaler service goals for the designated Business Unit.
  • Conducting advanced analytics and spearheading process enhancements for managing a vast and complex product portfolio.
  • Facilitating exception-based planning to sustain designated inventory levels, avoid stock-outs, and maintain financial equilibrium.
  • Managing the monthly inventory strategy for the BU through Inventory Optimization tool management to establish optimal inventory targets at various supply chain locations to achieve service objectives with minimum working capital investment.
  • Authorized to adjust the network supply plan as necessary throughout the planning horizon (S&OE) and S&OP processes.
  • Collaborating and proactively presenting replenishment plans and exception-based reports for the assigned BU, along with recommendations on actions needed to meet current and projected demand.
  • Independently managing NPI and product conversions.
  • Generating KPI reports for the Business Unit, including process enhancement initiatives, and prioritizing tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supporting the Sr. Network Supply Planning Manager to propel continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing performance across all key metrics, such as service targets and network inventory levels.
What You'll Bring
  • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • B.A./B.S. in Supply Chain, Operations, or a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years' experience in supply chain planning, including specific expertise in identifying planning process enhancements, training, and coaching team members/colleagues.
  • Extensive proficiency in an end-to-end supply chain role, encompassing experience in S&OP process evolution and systems, production planning, supply chain planning, or logistics.
  • APICS certification is a bonus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with Excel and PowerPoint skills being essential.
