Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, ensuring the financial engine of Positrace runs at full throttle.

Engage hands-on with customers, providing support to Account Executives to close deals effectively.
Ensure your team's compliance with all established processes, including detailed and accurate CRM records.

Conduct weekly forecast calls to maintain a clear view of the sales pipeline and to align the team with upcoming objectives.

Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports to offer personalized support and to track individual progress.
Deliver comprehensive performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and recognizing achievements to foster professional growth.

Uphold a high standard of accountability, ensuring that each team member is fully aligned and contributing to the team's sales objectives.

Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and product developments.

Take the initiative to identify opportunities or gaps within the team or wider company, and proactively develop and implement action plans.


Qualifications:
A history of outstanding sales leadership, consistently guiding teams to surpass revenue targets.

(Minimum 2 years of relevant sales leadership experience is required)Proven adeptness in sales coaching, with a track record of developing Account Executives into top-tier sales performers.

Proficient in a variety of sales methodologies, ready to employ techniques from Sandler to Challenger to MEDDICC to drive sales success.

Prior experience as a high-achieving Account Executive, with a 'hunter' approach that translates to strategic team leadership.
Experience in diverse business environments, from structured corporate settings to dynamic startups, is highly valued.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Liderar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ingresos mensuales, asegurando que el motor financiero de Positrace funcione a toda máquina.

Interactuar directamente con los clientes, brindando apoyo a los Account Executives para cerrar acuerdos de manera efectiva.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de tu equipo con todos los procesos establecidos, incluyendo registros detallados y precisos en el CRM.Realizar llamadas semanales de pronóstico para mantener una visión clara del pipeline de ventas y alinear al equipo con los objetivos próximos.

Sostener reuniones semanales uno a uno con todos los reportes directos para ofrecer apoyo personalizado y hacer seguimiento del progreso individual.

Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño completas, ofreciendo retroalimentación constructiva y reconociendo logros para fomentar el crecimiento profesional.

Requisitos:
Historial destacado de liderazgo en ventas, guiando consistentemente equipos para superar objetivos de ingresos.

(Se requieren mínimo 2 años de experiencia relevante en liderazgo de ventas)Habilidad probada en coaching de ventas, con historial de desarrollar Ejecutivos de Cuentas en vendedores de primer nivel.

Proficiente en una variedad de metodologías de ventas, listo para emplear técnicas desde Sandler hasta Challenger y MEDDICC para impulsar el éxito en ventas.

Experiencia previa como Ejecutivo de Cuentas de alto rendimiento, con un enfoque de 'cazador' que se traduce en liderazgo estratégico de equipos.
