ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Finance - Function Management.
Reports to:
Area Revenue Growth Mgr

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Preparing various analytical and management reporting for business in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide insights, and explain the story behind the numbers
- Preparation of regular forecast & annual budget, planning and analysis
- Assist with commercial aspects of the business such as pricing, market and competitor analysis
- Support adhoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business opportunities or initiatives
- The role will require an individual who constantly strives to contribute as a partner to the business and looks for continuous improvement
- Developing robust arguments which support key investment decisions across commercial areas
- Delivering monthly financial forecasting including variance analysis which identify key drivers of financial performance and areas of opportunities
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement across key financial processes

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related field
- Final year students (expected graduation date on mid 2024) or fresh graduates (graduation from December 2021 to January 2024)
- No more than to 2 years of professional experience (internships will be considered)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Excellent MS excel skills
- Global mobility
BENEFICIAL
- 1 year of experience in Finance
- Experience with SAP and/ or Power BI
- High academic performance, extracurricular activities and international experience
