Leads financial staff to develop and prepare related financial activities for in a region. Manages staff to perform tasks accurately and adhere to relevant standards and regulations. Manages processes and the design of operational procedures and processes that meet standards and improve efficiency of department.

Responsibilities:
Leads staff and project activities for applicable function(s).

Manages professional level finance staff and may manage other management level employeesUtilizes expertise and knowledge to select, develop and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the functionManages complex budget and critical process improvements for functionRecommends strategy and changes for development of improved policy and proceduresBuilds and maintains relationships with company management.

Works closely and partners with senior leadership of functionManages the staff review of month-end closing activities and the preparation of applicable financial statementsStrategically integrates applicable financial practices, procedures and process improvements in accordance with relevant financial bodies standards and regulationsManages processes to ensure the accurate analysis of inventory valuation and reporting of financial dataManages evaluation of applicable financial processes and impact of operational decisions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed required.

Appropriate professional qualification/certification to practice finance in country/region preferredMinimum of 12+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with three years of experience as a Manager in a related Financial fieldExperience with complex Accounting issuesAdvanced Excel and database skillsAdvanced experience with ERP systemsDemonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvementsDemonstrated ability to interface with management and executive levels across functions To protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you via email accounts.
