Conducts concurrent and retrospective system uploads and reviews of credit applications documentation to ensure record accuracy and achieve higher level standards.
As a Credit Administrator you can expect to: Collecting, analyzing, entering information to prepare credit applications for credit analysis.
Communicating with dealers and/or sales team on credit application process details. Analyzing errors on credit applications and customer records and updating documentation processes and procedures to improve accuracy rate. Providing guidance on the implementation of credit application documentation best practices within a specific unit.What You Have:
Information Capture:
Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail:
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
Effective Communications:
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
Initiative:
Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals
Managing Multiple Priorities:
Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
Data Entry Management:
Knowledge of data entry management; ability to manage data entry and report the results during daily work
Internal Controls:
Knowledge of concept, methods, and processes of internal control; ability to create, implement, evaluate and enhance processes in internal controls
Contracts Review:
Knowledge of the contractual and legal matters related to expenditures (consulting services, maintenance, agreements, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.); ability to evaluate, interpret and improve the language used in contractual agreements.
What is Required:
