Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinación y apoyo en las respuestas a los presupuestos.
  • Apoyo en las llamadas a proveedores.
  • Creación y actualización de hojas de tarifas (tarifas)
  • Gestión administrativa de informes e indicadores de operaciones terrestres, marítimas y aéreas.
  • Apoyo en la prospección y onboarding de proveedores terrestres, marítimos y aéreos.
  • Participación en reuniones y sesiones estratégicas.
  • Comunicación con agentes de otras partes del mundo (WCA).
  • Medición y evaluación del desempeño a través de KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Requisitos:

  • Inglés conversacional intermedioavanzado
    (Indispensable):
  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en cotizaciones logísticas o fijación de precios.
  • Negociación y cierre de proveedores (transportistas y navieras).
  • Experiência en empresa relacionada con la logística (transitario).
  • Licenciatura completa en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Comerciales Internacionales, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Persona centrada, organizada y responsable.

Compensación:

  • Salario Base.
  • Bono de productividad.
  • Bonos mensuales. Comisiones.
