The Role:

What you'll do:

  • Operate as a player/coach, guiding and developing the recruiting team by leading by example. Foster a collaborative and growthoriented environment.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both fulltime and parttime instructors, as well as event speakers.
  • Maintain a thorough and thoughtful recruiting approach, ensuring all aspects of the hiring process are wellorganized and efficient.
  • Develop and share a list of recruiting best practices with the team, helping to implement these strategies to ensure scalable and effective recruiting operations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Student Experience team members to create, implement, and lead initiatives that uplift and improve Product School's recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor and utilize recruiting data to empower your own recruiting methods and increase efficiency.

This role could be a good fit for you if:

  • You have proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior recruiters.
  • You are a masters in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and a strategic approach to recruiting.
  • You have the ability to share and implement best practices to enhance team performance and scalability.
  • You have experience in recruiting for educational roles, including instructors and event speakers.
  • You have previous experience in a player/coach role, balancing individual recruiting efforts with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Bonus points if you have startup experience
