Your Mission

In close relationship with Radiall Global Sourcing Vice-President, Radiall NAM plant managements and in line with decided global Sourcing orientations, he / she organizes, plans, supervises, supports and controls the deployment of Sourcing strategy (including supplier performance improvement) within his / her zone, in aim to provide his / her internal customers (BUs and Sites) with goods at the best Cost, Quality and Delivery punctuality compromise.

MAIN EXPECTATIONS

Represent Sourcing function within his scope / zone (3 industrial plants with MEX and US footprint) and towards local management and stakeholders (Autonomous Production Units, plant, zone management )Accountable for sourcing results on his / her scope

Sourcing Strategy : participate to the definition of Sourcing strategy and targets (budget exercise) for his / her scope, taking into account existing and forthcoming needs.

Promote Sourcing action plans within his / her scope to optimize cost, quality and delivery punctuality of purchases.

Supplier negotiation : Lead and participate in supplier negotiations (either directly or in support to his / her team members).

Promote purchase Frame Agreement deployment / partnership with strategic suppliers whenever relevant in order to secure Radiall Purchase terms and conditions.

Sourcing localization in NAM : Supplier prospection, selection and qualification to support transfer opportunities, currency fluctuation risk mitigation, optimized logistic flows and to contribute to overall TCO improvement and lead time reduction.

Reporting : Close monitoring of Sourcing activity through frequent data analysis. Reporting of monthly results such as savings, Defect PPM, Supplier OTD, action plan progresses / issues, and Sourcing projects key highlights Strict compliance to Sourcing processes (NDA, Tool loan agreement, supplier Ethic charter, supplier creation, supplier qualification )

Contribute, with support of SCM experts, to pull flow deployment at suppliers and supplier load / capacity enhancement (load versus capacity analysis based on communicated forecasts )

Drive and orientate supplier performance enhancement through relevant development action and audit plans aiming at excellence (Supplier Performance Improvement team)

Team management : Manage, train and animate his / her team. Yearly appraisal and development plans (including training).

Staffs based in Mexico and USA

The Profile

BACKGROUND : First significant experience in Sourcing function in an international industrial environment (10 years) / matrix organization.

LANGUAGES : English mandatory in addition to Spanish. French is a plus

SKILLS : Communication (internal and external) Advanced Sourcing methods and tools Negotiation skills internal and external (suppliers) Result oriented.

AccountableTeam work skills in an international environment and matrix organizations Project and change managementAutonomy, Integrity and transparency.

Natural leadership. Convincing and influencing. Knowledge of SAP (MM module) is a plus

Frequent Business trips expected : Mexico, USA and Europe

Visa for US travel required
