The primary goal of the Visual Designer is to support business development initiatives in North America.

This will include assisting the digital strategy team in administrative and design support of potential clients, new business proposals, organizational tasks, and supporting digital strategy activities on an as-needed basis.

The Visual Designer will assist with the pitch process from start-to-finish, collaborating with internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, including designing deliverables and documents, developing/modifying supporting creative, and managing processes and timelines.

They will work closely with the Solutions Enablement, Digital Strategy, and Media Strategy teams to develop proposal and pitch materials, including case studies, strategic presentations, and creative components of a proposal.


Responsibilities

  • You will tell stories by developing presentations, icons, and other artwork
  • Flawlessly design Powerpoint/Google Slides in accordance with collaborative team vision
  • Work with with the digital strategy team to plan, design, and deliver exceptional client deliverables
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members
  • Prepare highly customized prospect & client presentations in Google Slides as well as RFP submissions
  • Smoothly navigate timelines by managing templates, schedules, and resourcing
  • Receive and provide constructive feedback of your work
  • Evaluate user experience of client/potential clients website/assets, and make datadriven/bestpractice recommendations on how to improve the UX

Required Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred with 24 years of agency experience
  • Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools/software
  • Document design experience, specifically with Google Slides & Microsoft PowerPoint. Also strong Google Docs and Microsoft Word; ability to visually represent data and infographics
  • Great information design and data visualization abilities
  • A portfolio showing clientready work, with digital examples preferred
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize effectively in a selfdriven environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and desire to take pride and ownership of their work
  • Experience in UX is preferred, but not required
