Description of Responsibilities:

- Handling packages including manual activities, sorting, screening, and completing related paperwork.
- Accountabilities vary according to the position levels within the team. Associates may handle tasks under guidance and manage less complex responsibilities. Senior positions may:

• Address escalated or complex issues,
• Coordinate team and contract staff activities,
• Assist in supervisory and managerial tasks,
• Contribute to process and procedure development and enhancement.

General Job Outline:

- Loading and unloading company ULDs and vehicles safely.
- Auditing size and weight of packages, sorting.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and policies.
- Safeguarding FedEx and customer assets.
- Operating company vehicles securely when necessary.
- Collection and delivery of packages.
- Monitoring and organizing the work environment.

- May be assigned additional duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:
- Preferably experienced in ramp and warehouse equipment operation

Key Skills:
- Ability to lift and handle packages up to specified weights
- Capacity to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
