Team Overview:
You'll be responsible for developing strategy and initiating operation projects to drive better marketplace for restaurant and users.


You'll collaborate with restaurant operation team and user operation teams to understand the needs from different restaurant and users in different markets and business area.


You'll collaborate with product and algorithm teams and leverage your strong analytical skills to develop strategy and initiatives for better matching the potential restaurant and users, increasing whole platform conversion rate and driving the order growth.

We're looking for a data-driven, creative problem solver with a passion for complex restaurant & user marketplace challenges. Be prepared for a hectic, fast-paced, and challenging environment. You ́ll never have a dull moment

Role Responsibilities:


You'll be responsible to analysis how to offer different restaurant to platform users base on different user types and consumption scenarios.

Translate finding to product and algorithm strategy.

You'll also need to define the quality restaurants and analysis who are their potential target users. Find some ways to help them get those relevant traffic and growth their business.

Explore new projects and analytical effort to continuously discover opportunities on improving platform traffic and conversion rate.

Role Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of operations or data analytical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data
  • Advanced SQL plus any other analytical tool.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, selfdriven and quick learning ability.
  • Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
