Propósito del puesto:
Responsable de traducir y ejecutar los Planes a Largo Plazo de la Junta Financiera, administrando costos, impuestos, activos, presupuestos, crédito y flujo de caja.
Administrar recursos financieros y activos para garantizar un flujo de efectivo saludable; así como controlar la emisión de informes legales e impuestos.
Funciones Esenciales (Deberes y Responsabilidades):
- Asegurar controles internos adecuados, apoyando las políticas locales;
- Asegurar que los informes financieros internos y externos sean adecuados y presentados a tiempo, con énfasis en las obligaciones tributarias (impuestos directos e indirectos);
- Gestionar las operaciones relacionadas con el cierre mensual corporativo, asegurando la exactitud en los balances financieros del Balance y Estado de Resultados, la integridad de las provisiones, revisiones y plantillas, así como el respeto de los plazos de carga;
- Gestionar operaciones financieras y administrativas, como manejo de caja, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, cálculo de impuestos; liquidación de saldos Intercompany, así como decisiones de inversión en infraestructura y optimización de costos;
- Asegurar la adecuada protección y uso de los bienes de la empresa;
- Asegurarse de que todos los requisitos, obligaciones y documentos estén en regla.
Capacitación Básicas (competencias requeridas):
Educación:
Licenciatura completa.
Curso:
Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía o afines.
Treinamientos Obligatorio:
políticas internas de la compañia: Código de Conducta, Calidad, Cumplimiento y Seguridad Laboral (a recibir).
Treinamientos Específicos:
SAP, Plan de Cuentas, Libro de Impuestos y Excel Avanzado. (a recibir).
Experiência requerida:
más de 10 años trabajando en el área de Contraloría.
Lengua Materna:
Português/Espanhol.
Idiomas (curso/nível)**: inglés(intermediário) y español fluido.
Requisitos preferenciales:
- Deseable MBA en Dirección de Empresas;
- Inglés y español fluidos será un diferencial;
- Domínio de herramientas de Microsoft-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook);
- Conocimiento de SAP y otros sistemas financieros de PerkinElmer.
