Position SummaryAt Hex Trust, we are focused on establishing trust in the digital ecosystem and we are seeking a motivated individual to collaborate with our Global Head of Sales to drive growth particularly in the Americas market. This role involves taking ownership of business development, sales, and partnership activities while also contributing to market strategies and client management.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Sales on client acquisition and retention efforts, with a focus on the Americas.
  • Manage all aspects of the business development, sales, and partnership life cycles.
  • Develop plans for market engagement and client management, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the digital asset ecosystem.
  • Lead sales presentations, engage with prospects and clients, and address inquiries and feedback.
  • Execute ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial services or technology sector in the Americas.
  • Prior experience in Crypto/Digital Asset/Custody sectors is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to build relationships with both FinTech companies and traditional financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem.
  • Commercial acumen and the capability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Good negotiation abilities and the competency to establish strong working relationships.
