Tus funciones no serán convencer a las personas para que abran una cuenta de ahorro o prueben una nueva marca de bebidas.

Tu día a día

  • Asegurar la implementación de estrategias e identificar oportunidades en el canal de tiendas de conveniencia de las cuentas nacionales, así como desarrollar estrategias en las cuentas regionales, maximizando los recursos disponibles en su área de influencia alineado con los objetivos del Área de ventas, así como Cuentas Clave, Trade Marketing y Distribución, enfocadas a generar mayor demanda de los consumidores adultos hacia el portafolio de PMM para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos de volumen y SOM. A estos se llegará reforzando el desempeño de los 3 principales pilares de KPI ́s (Retail Distribution, Brand Building y Business), apoyándose en las métricas disponibles para complementar estos resultados.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de volumen en las cadenas nacionales y regionales e influir en ellas para la determinación correcta de níveles de inventario en puntos de venta y centros de distribución (CEDIS).
  • Asegurar la correcta implementación y ejecución de los programas comerciales (cadenas nacionales) acompañando el proceso desde campo, negociar los contratos comerciales (cadenas regionales) con la finalidad de garantizar la disponibilidad de portafolio, visibilidad y precio sugerido en el canal.
  • Notificar cualquier irregularidad en la colocación, facturación, entrega de pedidos, devoluciones y agotamientos tanto de cadenas regionales como nacionales al departamento correspondiente para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto y níveles de inventario adecuados.
Gestionar el correcto uso del producto e intentar minimizar las devoluciones del mismo. Gestionar líneas de crédito acorde a los níveles de inventario definidos para la cadena.

Estamos buscando a

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería terminada y titulado
  • Experiência de al menos 4 años en ventas, principalmente en el manejo de cuentas.
  • Análisis e interpretación de datos
  • Manejo de PC (paquetería office, Word, Excel y Power Point)
  • Nível del Idioma Inglés avanzado
  • Manejo de automóvil estándar
