WHAT IS YOUR ROLE:
As an Events Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with the Events team to plan, organize, and execute various online and in-person events.
Other than supporting Boldr's online and in-person events, you will be also supporting one of Boldr's partners with their online events.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Work alongside the Events Manager and Impact Manager to identify potential content based on our community needs.
- Work with our Leaders to align event objectives with Boldr's value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for content creation and promotion.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of online and inperson events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Help our Partners with event logistics and operations.
- Support and enable the Community members to participate in the events.
- Recruit hosts, speakers, and guests for the events.
- Host online events.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure swag items and manage the shipping process.
- Track expenses and manage event budgets.
- Monitor event success (engagement) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

YOU HAVE
- Previous experience preferably in community, customer support, event planning and coordination, project management, or a combination of these.
- Some experience in Social Media including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of event marketing strategies and techniques.
- Ability to travel to the US (Valid VISA).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
