WHAT IS YOUR ROLE:


As an Events Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with the Events team to plan, organize, and execute various online and in-person events.

These events cover both internal gatherings for Boldr and external engagements with our Partners and Community.


Other than supporting Boldr's online and in-person events, you will be also supporting one of Boldr's partners with their online events.

Your primary objective will be to promote our company's values and mission through memorable and impactful event experiences.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Work alongside the Events Manager and Impact Manager to identify potential content based on our community needs.
  • Work with our Leaders to align event objectives with Boldr's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for content creation and promotion.
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of online and inperson events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Help our Partners with event logistics and operations.
  • Support and enable the Community members to participate in the events.
  • Recruit hosts, speakers, and guests for the events.
  • Host online events.
  • Coordinate with vendors to procure swag items and manage the shipping process.
  • Track expenses and manage event budgets.
  • Monitor event success (engagement) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

YOU HAVE

  • Previous experience preferably in community, customer support, event planning and coordination, project management, or a combination of these.
  • Some experience in Social Media including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Knowledge of event marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to travel to the US (Valid VISA).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
