Objective
Promote the continuation, maintenance, upgrade and development of the Axis Floor Management (SFM) system.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure that information generated on the shop floor is fed into the Noris system in a reliable and timely manner.
Ensure that escalations are followed in accordance with Axis and that the appropriate tools are used.
Ensure that key meetings and interactions run smoothly and that the defined agendas are adhered to. Verify that information flows properly to take proactive and prudent decisions and actions.
Ensure that the R&Rs defined in AXIS are met with the lowest possible variances and that the RDTs are followed and reflect the actual activities of each position.
Monitor satisfaction and service survey results and promote Axis values by reporting deviations.
Maintain continuous improvement of the AXIS system within the plants and correct, adapt and/or replace tools and methods in line with their counterparts in other plants of the Nemak

Position Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industria Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
Experience: 2 years in continuous improvement
Soft skills: High sense of responsibility, task oriented, strategic vision, Communication skills, Business oriented, Global Perspective, Innovation and Creativity
English: Proficient
Change Management Certification desirable
