¿Qué vas a hacer?
El ERP Specialist (Netsuite) será el responsable de gestionar y optimizar la implementación, personalización y mantenimiento del sistema ERP en nuestra organización. Este rol juega un papel crucial para garantizar que los sistemas financieros satisfagan las necesidades específicas de la empresa, brindando soporte técnico continuo a los usuarios finales y colaborando con otros equipos para integrar el ERP con los sistemas y procesos existentes.
- Administre las implementaciones de Netsuite, incluida la configuración, personalización y migración de datos.
- Personalice Netsuite según los requisitos únicos de Kavak, desarrollando scripts, flujos de trabajo e informes personalizados según sea necesario.
- Brindar soporte técnico y capacitación a los usuarios finales de Netsuite, asegurándose de que comprendan completamente cómo utilizar el sistema de manera efectiva.
- Colabore con otros equipos como Finanzas, Ventas y TI para integrar Netsuite con sistemas y procesos existentes.
- Realice actualizaciones periódicas de Netsuite, asegurándose de que la plataforma esté siempre actualizada y funcione correctamente.
- Investigar y resolver problemas técnicos y funcionales de Netsuite, trabajando con el soporte técnico de Netsuite según sea necesario.
- Proporcionar orientación y mejores prácticas relacionadas con el uso de Netsuite para ayudar a optimizar los procesos comerciales de la organización.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería, Administración, Economía o afín.
- Experiencia comprobada en la implementación y administración de Netsuite, incluida la configuración, personalización y migración de datos.
- Fuertes conocimientos de contabilidad y costes, así como de otras áreas financieras (tesorería, AR, AP, patrimonio,...)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con múltiples equipos y partes interesadas.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos y encontrar soluciones creativas a desafíos técnicos.
- La certificación Netsuite es una ventaja, pero no obligatoria.
- Es deseable tener conocimiento de las prácticas de cumplimiento y seguridad de los datos.
