Your day to day:

You will contribute by functioning as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting the Chief Design Officer's organization.

You will also help with:

  • Supporting management of the overall CX budget, partnering with Finance and Workforce Planning to provide an overall view of CX resources
  • You will be at the heart of the organizational culture, crafting leadership forums, events and communications to keep the CX team engaged and thriving
  • Partnering closely with CX Leadership, HR, and Finance teams to create relationships based on trust and transparency
  • Developing materials to facilitate crossfunctional and crossregional team discussions as well as communicate with senior management
  • Creating project documentation to socialize and align key progress, next steps and drive decision making
  • Support with team culture and people related engagement activities

What do you need to bring:

  • Industry expertise in payments and / or technology preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a history of handson, detailoriented work
  • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner
  • Prior chief of staff experience a plus
  • Ability to articulate and manage KPIs using metrics to drive performance and provide data in support of key decisions
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint
