Objective
Responsible for the Manufacturing Engineering strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Development of manufacturing plan including process design, feasibility analysis and capacity studies.
  • Projects administration and control to support the successful launch of new programs (Equipment, facilities and installations).
  • Budget and dates assurance, CAPEX compliance.
  • Support, evaluate and track highimpact projects through RED X methodology.
  • Meeting all applicable PPAP, APQP, NPDS and customer specific requirements.
  • Problem solving of issues related to manufacturing processes.
  • Technical relationship with customers and suppliers.
  • Activities coordination of: Conceptual Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing,
  • Infrastructure, Services and Engineering, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, Process, Product.
  • Accomplishment of specifications on installation of ergonomics and safety.
  • Implementation of engineering changes during the launch.
  • Obtain process approval from customers.
  • Handover the process to production.

Position Requirements

  • Engineering IIS, IMA, Mechatronics
  • 35 years of experience in machining process is highly desirable.
  • Projects administration and control
  • Leadership, collaboration, communication
  • Basic knowledge of finance and budgeting is desirable
  • Ability to work with a multifunctional team with internal and external members including customers and suppliers
