Scope:

En este rol, tu enfoque será vender las Soluciones y Servicios de SoftwareOne, y se espera que adoptes un enfoque proactivo y constante para crecer, establecer y expandir el recorrido del cliente alineado con las cuentas actuales y nuevas.


El Consultor de Pre-Ventas es el líder inicial en el país (tanto en servicios transaccionales como profesionales) en los compromisos con los clientes y apoya a los gerentes de cuentas con la planificación de cuentas, aprovechando nuestros datos e inteligencia de propensión del cliente.

También actúa como enlace entre el Gerente de Cuenta asignado (AM) y el equipo técnico de pre-ventas y los clientes para nuevas oportunidades de Soluciones y Servicios, apoyando una transferencia efectiva y eficiente a los recursos de entrega y éxito del cliente.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Capacidad para gestionar eficazmente el ciclo de vida de las ventas.
  • Impulsar nuevas actividades de negocio y ventas a nível de cliente, asociándose con el AM de campo dentro de la base de cuentas regional existente, así como apoyar las actividades de adquisición de clientes según se asigne.
  • Liderar negociaciones, coordinar procesos de toma de decisiones complejos y superar objeciones para maximizar oportunidades.
  • Desempeño y éxito medidos por el rendimiento de Servicios GP dentro de una región, territorio o base de cuentas definida.
  • Analizar y recopilar requisitos comerciales de entornos complejos de clientes y realizar la investigación e investigación necesarias para identificar y crear propuestas de soluciones técnicas exhaustivas y precisas basadas en los requisitos, alineadas con el recorrido del cliente de SoftwareOne.
  • Preparar estimaciones de costos, propuestas y contratos adecuados para la venta de soluciones y servicios.
  • Trabajar con equipos técnicos de preventas para contribuir a la efectividad de la ingeniería de ventas, identificando problemas a corto y largo plazo que deben abordarse; proporcionando información y comentarios pertinentes a las deliberaciones; recomendando opciones y cursos de acción; implementando directivas.
  • Asistir y apoyar funciones de asociación/alianzas con relaciones de socios de proveedores asignados. Esto puede incluir ser el contacto principal para los AM de Socios/Canales y asistir en la planificación GTM y comercial, así como impulsar iniciativas programáticas.
  • Actuar como evangelista técnico para actividades de marketing, incluidas presentaciones en conferencias, convenciones, grupos de usuarios, webinars, etc.
  • Asociarse con partes interesadas e impulsar actividades de marketing de soluciones preparando y entregando contenido y mensajes.

Que esperamos de tí:

Perfil:
Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software o un campo relacionado.

  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiência comprobada en el desarrollo de software en plataformas en la nube.
  • Experiência, conocimiento y manejo de temas de contenerización y bases de datos como SQL, Ouai, Oracle; enfocado en desarrollo.
  • Certificación en Cloud (Azure o AWS).
  • Nível de inglés B1.
