EJECUTIVO DE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sobre el rol


Estamos en búsqueda de un Ejecutivo de Customer Service, que tendrá como labor el fortalecer la relación entre la empresa y el cliente ayudando a lograr la permanencia de los mismos.


Actividades

  • Realizar y recibir llamadas con clientes de la marca
  • Manejar la relación ente los clientes y la empresa, por medio de canales digitales
  • Atender las solicitudes de clientes, ofrecer soluciones y alternativas necesarias, así como realizar el seguimiento para asegurar la solución.
  • Promover la marca del servicio, por medio de asesoría en el uso de la plataforma.
  • Dar asesoría para la colocación de pedidos de abarrotes a los tenderos de manera telefónica y digital.
  • Realizar actividades de soporte para lograr la permanencia de clientes.
  • Crear relaciones de confianza con los clientes teniendo una comunicación honesta con ellos.
  • Trabajar de la mano con los Departamentos de Operaciones y Ventas para asegurar la adecuada experiência de compra y entrega de productos.
  • Cumplir (y superar) las metas asignadas de permanencia de clientes.
  • Informar a los clientes (tiendas de abarrotes y mayoristas) los beneficios que el producto ofrece a sus negocios.

Requisitos

  • Experiência demostrable en atención al cliente o experiência como representante del servicio de atención al cliente.
  • Pasión por la atención a clientes.
  • Experiência con sistemas y prácticas de CRM (gestión de las relaciones con los clientes).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Experiência comprobable (mínimo 3 años) como representante de atención al cliente.
  • Habilidad para ordenar tareas de forma efectiva.
  • Manejo de computadora y teléfonos inteligentes.
  • Experiência en el ramo de abarrotes y/o autoservicio (Deseable)
  • Conocimiento de metodologías de venta (Deseable)
