Team Overview:
This role is particularly important while DiDi grows and becomes a more solid and structured Brand.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative, MasterBrand and Research teams to conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with MasterBrand and Creative teams to create Brand architectures, and any other needed strategic document.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of brand messaging, positioning, and creative assets, ensuring they effectively communicate the company's values and unique selling propositions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand initiatives, using datadriven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform future brand strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience in brand management, strategic planning, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and ROI.
