DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions):
Manage Supplier central planning team in Mexico and Europe delivering key activities.

  • Raw Material Inventory reductions activities
  • Monitor sites phase in/out components call offs to avoid shortages or obsolescence
  • Support suppliers' discussion to prevent and/or reduce excess stock.
  • Supplier delivery performance (DPM-I)
  • Ensure sites MRP planning parameters aligned with Corp directives with sites.
  • Ensure call offs EDI or Supply web portal transmission.
  • Coordinate special inbound projects and activities with sites
  • Main Point of contact for electronics house of competence.
  • Support suppliers' escalation process.
  • Follow up cost recovery activities related with Supply Chain topics with suppliers, commodity and sites.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree (Preferable in SCM)
  • English, able to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
  • 10+ years similar role experience (In Automotive or Electronics for Automotive market)
  • Planning logistics experience with suppliers in Asia and Europe.
  • MRP SAP proficient knowledge.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc).
