Functions:

  • Head of Foreign Trade Compliance
  • Follow up in a timely manner to import / export operations of spare parts, tools and other supplies in constant communication with internal customers.
  • Schedule transport units for imports/exports (land, air, sea).
  • Return of spare parts to subsidiaries in optimal times.
  • Quote national and international transport.
  • Participate in Continuous Supply Chain Improvement.
  • Support in coordination of dedicated transports.
  • Reconciliation of statements of customs brokers and charterers.
  • Supervision of the processing of prompt payments and root cause analysis
  • Review of tariff items validating compliance with NOM ́S
  • Support with Annex 2
  • Support in control of PA and other temporalities
  • Coordination of compliance with foreign trade legal file.
  • Physical and electronic receipt of foreign trade documents
  • Sending monthly Gloss to finance
  • Receive and review documents such as invoice, packing list, guide; and then perform the export/import process.
  • Close communication with internal customers about the status of their operations.

  • Coordination of transports for dedicated delivery services to customers according to their requests.
  • Preparation of documents for return exports.
  • Attend meeting of Ideas for Improvement.
  • Attend general pending meeting.
  • Request for transport service quotes as well as the monitoring of the operation (for import / export and national / foreign).
  • Meet and enforce the objectives of performance indicators.
  • Transport coordination (for import/export and national/foreign)
  • Obtaining and monitoring requisitions for payment to suppliers.
  • Support in reports of logistics expenses.
  • Support in reports of cost of spare parts under warranty.
  • Development of metrics related to customer satisfaction and delivery times.
  • Coordination of shipment of machine installation tools in conjunction with the warehouse and service area.
