Responsibilities:
Experience in Cloud and underlying technology (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) or advanced technologies supporting security
Responsible for defining security baselines within multiple cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
Provide oversight over the implementation of approved security architecture, policies, and procedures. Conduct project security reviews to identify Cloud infrastructure security risks
Review and oversee the implementation of approved recommendations on cloud security design and implementation
Analyze tactical network architectures and topologies to assess security risks.
Determine and establish security best practices and standards normalized across all cloud providers
Work in tandem with our Cloud Engineering, Operations, and other teams to identify and implement the most secure and optimal cloud-based solutions
Establish and maintain the security architecture framework, standards, and roadmap.
Ensure that Cybersecurity deploys solutions that not only secure but also enable business operations
Consult with business and IT partners on secure technical solutions to achieve business goals.
This includes system-level architecture and design, risk assessments, and the definition of technical security controls necessary to achieve security requirements.
Lead the design, implementation, enforcement, and roadmap of security solutions in a hybrid infrastructure environment.Collaborate with fellow architects and department leaders to assess near
- and long-term security needs.
Design highly reliable, scalable, extensible, maintainable, and operable products and platforms.
Develop enterprise-wide technical perspectives, standards, solutions, and strategies that resolve significant security friction points
Analyze technology, industry, and market trends and determine potential impacts to and opportunities for the enterprise
Perform identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to develop enterprise security architecture requirements
Work closely with product management and development teams to define the next generation of digital, enterprise, Cloud, and data systems
Serve as an expert resource to IT and business leaders in the development of security solutions to meet business needs
Ensure that the enterprise is making the best use of the latest security technologies to improve performance
Manage day-to-day tasks and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential challenges
Coordinate a balanced pursuit of enterprise business, information, technical and solution architectures within IT and business units to implement security architecture solutions successfully
Define security architecture standards
Ensure enterprise security solutions are scalable and adaptable according to changing business needs
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in Cloud security architecture and system development.
7+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects within information security.
2+ years experience with each one of the following: (AWS, Azure).
3+ years proven track record of leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and driving organizational change.
3+ years of progressive experience in leading projects with employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions
3+ years experience combined experience with the following: O365, Data Protection, and endpoint security.
5+ years in strategic planning and documenting architecture deliverables (target architecture, security policies, IT principles & reference architecture, technology standards, conceptual patterns, detailed design patterns, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or related discipline to computer science or cyber security.
3+ years experience information technology infrastructure (Network/Systems administration).
Possesses problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team-building, and presentation skills
Proven experience working with a variety of cultures across the globe and have the patience, understanding, and empathy to work collaboratively and effectively
Understanding of cyber-security threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and remediation strategies
Recognized enterprise architecture-related certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, COBIT)
GEVA, CySA+, CISSP, or CISM
