Mechanical Superintendent

KEM Energía Constructora is looking for a skilled Mechanical Superintendent to join their team. As a Mechanical Superintendent, your role will involve overseeing and managing the mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring project success and safety compliance.

• Coordinate and manage all mechanical activities on the project
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers to develop construction plans
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely deliveries
• Oversee testing and startup of mechanical systems
• Resolve technical issues during construction
• Document project progress accurately
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods
• Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software
• Knowledge of construction codes and safety protocols
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
