  • Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Manufactura para unirse a nuestro equipo en la planta de Chihuahua._

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, implementar y mejorar sistemas de manufactura con el propósito de incrementar la producción, disminuir costos y potenciar el producto.
  • Planificar, implementar y mejorar el sistema de ensamble y manufactura y sus procesos de acuerdo a los estándares y políticas de ZF así como los requerimientos del cliente.
  • Planificar e implementar líneas de ensamble y equipos relacionados como herramental, repuestos y herramientas de respaldo.
  • Implementar cambios de ingeniería y procesos, así como pautas de seguridad.
  • Enseñar y dirigir por medio de la práctica de los principios y técnicas del sistema de producción en funcionamiento.
  • Establecer y actualizar la documentación del proceso, como trabajo estandarizado, instrucciones de trabajo, diseño de línea, manual de ensamblaje, documentación de respaldo y documentos relacionados.
  • Orientar y apoyar la puesta en marcha de nuevos proyectos de fabricación.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a los clientes internos.
  • Cuidar la parametrización de la línea de montaje.
  • Optimizar los ajustes de los equipos técnicos de montaje (aprieta tuercas, prensas, alineación de ruedas, etc.).

Requerimientos:

  • Carrera de Ingeniería o Licenciatura terminada o afín.
  • Experiência Mínimo 3 Años como ingeniero de procesos o manufactura.
  • Nível Avanzado de CORETOOLS.
  • Principalmente el FMEA & CONTROL PLAN, SPC y MSA.
  • Solución de problemas.
  • 8D, QC STORY, 6 SIGMA.
  • Conocimiento de POKAYOKES experiência en instalación preferibles.
  • Métodos de validación de equipo.
  • Inglés Avanzado.
  • Profundas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Experiência en Auto CAD, conocimiento de MS Office y comprensión de PLC.
  • Buenas habilidades mecánicas y técnicas.
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación.
  • Administración de actividades.
  • Toma de decisiones.
