Job Mission

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Perform daily tasks following an established process for tracking support calls and resolutions
  • Provide optimal customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Defect tracking for business systems
  • Coordinate change requests for system enhancements and support
  • Implementation of break/fix situations for business systems
  • User administration
  • User access (adds, changes, deletions)
  • System configuration
  • Vendor relationship
  • Maintain direct line of contact with vendor support teams to ensure premium support
  • High level understanding of core business systems
  • Manage small scale project requests as needed.

Profile

  • Schooling: Associates level degree in
    Computer Science and IT

  • Language: Advanced English.
