About The Role

Position Overview:

  • Perform software testing for globally developed automotive products.
  • Drive strategic global testing direction and project test strategy development.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and Engineering for efficient test coverage.
  • Engage with the Development team in customer issue resolution and product development.
  • Analyze and enhance test cases, automation, and testing processes.
  • Implement cutting-edge technologies and processes for improved testing results.
  • Provide technical coaching, perform software validation, and support global testing initiatives.
  • Construct and maintain automated test racks for amplifier testing.
  • Document testing, create test reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Plan and execute regression and exploratory tests for customer deliveries.
  • Offer technical support for issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
  • Track and manage test equipment and asset inventory.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience in product or test engineering.
  • Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Demonstrated collaborative, fast-paced environment experience.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, shell scripting, scripting languages, and bug tracking tools.
  • Expertise in vehicle networking, software testing training, and configuration management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to quality outcomes.
  • Project management, time management, and adaptability to new technologies.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
