Responsabilidades:
  • Facilitar experiencias positivas con los huéspedes a través del bar de honor en la habitación.
  • Mantener el inventario de la barra de honor, accesorios de la habitación y materiales promocionales, realizando reemplazos si es necesario.
  • Garantizar la limpieza y la apariencia óptima de cada barra de honor.
  • Utilizar software y dispositivos manuales para registrar ventas e inventarios.
  • Mantener conocimiento de la disponibilidad de productos, fechas de caducidad y niveles de inventario para evitar agotamientos.
  • Preparar y llevar el carrito de reposición a las habitaciones correspondientes.
  • Atender solicitudes de los huéspedes y comunicar cualquier problema de operación a la administración.
Requisitos:
  • Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía.
  • Mantener pulcritud y aspecto profesional, respetando la confidencialidad y protegiendo los activos de la empresa.
  • Brindar atención amable y anticiparse a las necesidades de los huéspedes.
  • Contribuir al control de calidad y mantener relaciones positivas con el equipo.
  • Comunicarse de manera clara y profesional, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
  • Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas como mover objetos de hasta 25 libras, permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados y movilizarse en diferentes espacios.
  • Flexibilidad para realizar otras tareas asignadas por los Supervisores.
Aptitudes Deseables:
  • Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED).
  • Experiencia Laboral: No se requiere experiencia previa en un campo específico.
  • Experiencia como Supervisor: No se requiere experiencia en puestos de supervisión.
  • Licencia o Certificación: Ninguna requerida.
