The client you will work for has been providing our clients professional homeowner association (HOA) and condominium management services.

Job activities:

  • Provide Administrative support to assigned CAMs by creating, preparing, and distributing action item lists, agendas, budgets, meeting notices, minutes, newsletters, and other items as requested.
  • Enter data to generate reports for Community Associations and Managers.
  • Create, update and maintain data for each assigned property in various tracking systems and reports.
  • Public relations events and distribution to include swag orders, cookies and holiday cards with company logo.
  • Assist with preparation for events: Holiday party, medical sponsor events, Vendor Trade Show.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 CST MX

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing administrative support to a group of 2 or more professionals/managers.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Familiarity and/or willingness to be proficient in property management software.
