Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing projects, organized and tenacious
  • Working knowledge of SMS marketing, performance and deliverability
  • Highly analytical and proficient in Google Analytics, Sheets and Looker
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problemsolving skills
  • Remote work experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily campaign schedule for multiple brands and website properties
  • Plan, execute and report on effective A/B tests
  • Own and report key metrics related to engagement, retention, and churn
  • Leverage Looker dashboards and build ad hoc reports with the data team, as needed
  • Provide QA, list hygiene, and deliverability support
