Customer Service Representative is a professional who ensures an attentive and empathetic attention is given to customers seeking assistance of any kind.-
What qualities do we ask from our customer service reps?_A high level of customer service, reasonable call center, a friendly and professional telephone manner, basic problem solving skills, record-keeping abilities are necessary and very important as well.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A professional and very solid level of english.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative, or similar is a must.
  • Computerliterate & good typing skills.
  • Topnotch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.

Salary:

$5,000.00 per week
Experience:

  • sales, appointment setter in call center: 1 year (required)
