Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y ejecutor. Liderarás el área encargada del crecimiento de Cabify Chile, con managers, especialistas, y analistas para apoyarte.

Misión del puesto


Buscamos un Partnerships Specialist para formar parte del equipo de Cabify Chile, cuyo rol estará enfocado principalmente en desarrollar el ecosistema de alianzas estratégicas con partners con el objetivo de hacer crecer el negocio, ampliar y fortalecer la relación con nuestro público objetivo y potenciar la visibilidad de la marca.




¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Definir y liderar el ecosistema de partners estratégicos y alianzas comerciales para potenciar el crecimiento de Cabify y sus stakeholders, con visión de corto, mediano y largo plazo.
  • Conocer en profundidad las necesidades de cada audiencia para identificar, captar y potenciar las alianzas que permitan crecer, retener y fidelizar a las diferentes audiencias de la compañía, tanto externas como internas.
  • Identificar y coordinar la participación de Cabify en espacios de interés público para el posicionamiento de sus pilares de marca.
  • Desarrollo de herramientas de gestión y transparencia que apoyen al equipo de trabajo a tomar mejores decisiones.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de partnerships y consolidar mecanismos efectivos para identificar KPIs, desarrollar herramientas de medición y desempeño y proponer caminos para el crecimiento de estas métricas.
  • Generación de reportes y análisis sobre las diferentes iniciativas y partners.
  • Llevar la relación comercial con los diferentes partners y mantener una comunicación constante en pro de nutrir cada relación con los diferentes stakeholders y abastecer de información a los equipos para la identificación de oportunidades y tomas de decisión.



¿Qué buscamos?

  • Afinidad con nuestros principios.
  • Ingeniera/o comercial, en marketing o afines.
  • Más de 3 años de experiência en roles similares.
  • Personas altamente motivadas con excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y la capacidad de priorizar cargas de trabajo cambiantes en una industria que cambia rápidamente.
  • Habilidades estratégicas y compromiso en la búsqueda de soluciones para desafíos complejos.
  • Un/a jugador/a de equipo y un comunicador/a eficaz, con habilidades de gestión de personas y una pasión genuina para hacer que las cosas sucedan en una organización dinámica.
