Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Proporcionar instalación, mantenimiento y reparaciones de equipos dentro de un territorio/región asignado para garantizar la continuidad de las operaciones del cliente y altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente.
  • Realizar trabajos Tier II sobre productos y servicios de complejidad mediaalta; Los productos de Nível II incluyen servidores grandes y computadoras centrales y periféricos, impresoras y trazadores de sistemas grandes, servidores, redes y software de nível empresarial, lectores/clasificadores de procesamiento de artículos y problemas de redes en sistemas de imágenes, equipos, redes y sistemas de comunicaciones/redes de complejidad media/alta. gestión/protocolos (Ethernet, Token-Ring, StarLAN, NetBIOS, X.25)
  • Los servicios principales incluyen mantenimiento de hardware, instalación, administración de redes, mantenimiento de múltiples proveedores y soporte de software.
  • Proporcionar instalación, mantenimiento y reparaciones de equipos ATM (mantenimiento de segunda línea) y/o POS (Punto de venta) y otros equipos electromecánicos en varias ubicaciones dentro de un territorio/región asignado.
  • Proporcionar continuidad de las operaciones de los clientes y altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente; Gestionar las incidencias de los clientes según lo asignado; Construir relaciones de trabajo con los clientes y desarrollar canales de comunicación informales con la cuenta del cliente a nível local.
  • Responsable de la propiedad de todos los problemas/necesidades del cliente que se expresan u observan y actúa de manera adecuada; Puede brindar soporte al ingeniero y/o servicio asociado del cliente; Representante/Técnico de servicio Técnico cuando sea necesario
  • Comprender y cumplir los diversos requisitos del Acuerdo de Nível de Servicio (SLA) del cliente y elevar o escalar problemas cuando sea apropiado y/o de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Representar a NCR de una manera que se refleje positivamente en la imagen y reputación de la empresa.
  • Verificar que el entorno del sitio cumpla con los requisitos antes de la instalación o implementación; Instalar los sistemas del cliente de acuerdo con el plan de instalación, certificar que la instalación o configuración del producto cumple con los requisitos del cliente.
  • Analizar y corregir todos los problemas técnicos en los equipos dentro de las cuentas de clientes asignadas; Realizar rutinas periódicas de mantenimiento preventivo de productos e instalar modificaciones en los equipos; Realizar revisiones y reparaciones de mantenimiento como cuestión de rutina.
  • Gestión de fallos de la red, ayuda en la gestión del rendimiento del tráfico, gestión de la configuración, gestión de la seguridad, gestión del software, gestión de la contabilidad y gestión remota del sistema.
  • Finalización y precisión de todas las funciones administrativas, incluida la asistencia en la producción, instalación de modificaciones y/o actualizaciones, actualización del cliente sobre las actividades y actualización de las bases de datos necesarias.
  • Vender suministros, equipos de gama baja, productos OEM, así como contratos de mantenimiento de NCR para servicio básico y/o extendido; Asegura un cobro preciso de todos los servicios facturables.

Requisitos básicos:

  • Bachillerato o su equivalente
  • 13 años de experiência relacionada
  • Certificación A+
  • Conocimientos de informática personal (sistemas operativos Microsoft y componentes asociados de la suite Office), herramientas y conocimientos electrónicos básicos; Conocimientos específicos de hardware y sistemas operativos en los productos asignados.
  • Arquitectura de sistemas (por ejemplo, arquitectura cliente/servidor, sistemas basados en web)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario flexible que incluye noches, fines de semana, horas extras, turnos flexibles y guardias
  • Sistemas de gestión de bases de datos (por ejemplo, interfaces SQL, datos remotos)
  • Sistemas/protocolos de gestión de redes y sistemas (por ejemplo, Ethernet, SNA, WAN)
