Descripción y Requisitos

  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • PCBA Experience.
  • PCB Material experience.
  • BGA Experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, major in computer science or related.
  • Experience in similar position
  • Fluent English and chinese skills: 70% at least
  • Good team management ability
  • Fully responsible for the daily operation of the test laboratory and control the work delivery time and quality of the laboratory.
  • Managed the laboratory operation team, maintained a stable and reliable team, planned and guided the training of the laboratory.
  • Track the operation process of the laboratory and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the process
  • Assisted the business team to meet customers and provided relevant technical support.
  • Including security, asset management, cost control and other management responsibilities
