Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración de Empresas o afin
  • Buen Manejo de Office
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Deberá realizar la Gestión de los procesos de Recursos Humanos de 4 sucursales (Piedras Negras, Tierra Blanca, Xalapa, Boca del Rio Veracruz y Tuxtepec Oaxaca). La oficina Base se encuentra en Tierra Blanca Veracruz

Experiência:

  • 2 años mínimo en el área de Reclutamiento de campo
  • Manejo de Reclutamiento de puestos operativos y administrativos.
  • Conocimiento de fuentes de reclutamiento como volanteo, posteo, Ferias de Empleo, Servicios de Empleo, Facebook.
  • Manejo reclutamiento mediante redes sociales
  • Conocimiento en control y armado de expedientes.
