About this team
The integration team is responsible for facilitating the seamless merging of business and functional teams, ensuring the collective success of our newly expanded entity. The ideal candidate will be a beacon of support, fostering collaboration and steering the integration process with agility and a strategic mindset. This team will create and execute strategies that align with the global direction while also supporting the needs of the local market.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Support the development and implementation of comprehensive integration plans. Manage timelines, resources, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution across various business and functional teams.
- Monitoring and Risk Management: Continuously track project progress, pinpoint potential interdependencies, and proactively identify risks. Implement mitigation strategies to overcome challenges without disrupting the project flow.
- Facilitate Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a pivotal coordinator among diverse functional teams, ensuring robust communication and effective resolution of interdependencies. In this role, you will not only foster a spirit of collaboration and unity but also ensure that each department achieves its specific objectives and exhibits excellence in its area of expertise. This strategic alignment will be crucial in realizing the overarching goals of the integration efforts.
- Support Growth Strategy: Align integration efforts with the company's broader growth objectives. Contribute to strategic discussions and decisions that will shape the future of our integrated business landscape.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience in business or related field; Project Management certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with exposure to mergers and acquisitions, corporate integrations, or similar complex projects
- 1-2 years large scale project management experience with proven success
- Fluency (written + verbal) in English and Spanish required.
- Requires a solid foundation in project management principles and practices
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of guiding project teams to achieve business goals
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and delivering complex projects successfully
- Advance coordination skills to manage multiple project elements effectively
- Keen understanding and savvy application of project management methodologies
- Proficient in project management protocol, software, and tools
- Proficient in applying project management techniques to streamline processes and deliver results
