TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gestionar todos los movimientos de entradas y salidas en SAP y documentos físicos generados en el Centro de Distribución; tales como entregas a clientes, transferencias entre almacenes o entidades, devoluciones, descartes y otros.
- Mantener organizada y al día toda la documentación física para auditorías SOX e ISO. Incluyendo el POD (proof of delivery) para el reconocimiento de ingresos.
- Seguimiento puntual de las reclamaciones de los clientes en Salesforce.
- Coordinar con Atención al Cliente el programa de devoluciones según la capacidad diaria de recepción.
- Registrar movimientos en SAP y documentación física (proceso crítico en las conciliaciones con concesionarios).
- Generar las requisiciones de compra de insumos, servicios, etc. en SAP del área, asegurando que el proceso se realice de acuerdo a los lineamientos establecidos; así como el pago correspondiente.
- Asegurar que el proceso bajo su responsabilidad opere de acuerdo a los procesos establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ISO
- Supervisar que la información y procesos administrativos generados en el proceso de logística sean registrados de acuerdo a los estándares de Bayer.
- Asegurar la generación, ejecución e implementación de proyectos de mejora continua y Manufactura Avanzada que contribuyan a la optimización de los recursos de la empresa.

- Título Universitario (licenciatura o ingeniería)
- Competencias de Gestión y Liderazgo.
- Conocimiento y experiência en procesos administrativos y de control.
- Habilidad para interactuar con diferentes níveles de la organización.
- Alto sentido de urgencia, profunda actitud de servicio, búsqueda continua de la satisfacción del cliente.
- Habilidades de liderazgo (experimentación, colaboración, confianza y orientación al cliente)
