A Receiving leader is responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of goods and products, to ensure they are receiving in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsible for managing the team of receiving clerks and forklift drivers and ensuring that all incoming goods and materials are properly validated vs packing slip - BOL correctly documented, stored, handled, and distributed to other departments as needed.
Requires general warehouse experience, but in addition, experience in a receiving warehouse environment. It requires the strong work ethic and flexibility needed for this position. Requires to be able to work in a loud trucking environment when unloading shipments and no climatized area.A Receiving leader is responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of goods and products, to ensure they are receiving in a timely and efficient manner.
