Buscamos un
DevOps que nos apoye a garantizar la confiabilidad, disponibilidad y eficiencia de nuestros sistemas.

Que tenga disposición para colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Ingeniería, Data y Producto para implementar prácticas que mejoren la resiliencia de los servicios y aplicaciones de Parco; además de ser responsable de mantener la infraestructura y reportar cualquier amenaza en los servidores.


Responsabilidades:

Diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones de automatización para la gestión de la infraestructura y procesos operativos.

  • Evaluar y mejorar la escalabilidad de sistemas y servicios.
  • Realizar monitoreo proactivo para evaluar el rendimiento y la salud de los servicios.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de rendimiento y disponibilidad.
  • Participar en sesiones de War Room para identificar y resolver incidentes, aplicando medidas correctivas y preventivas.
  • Colaborar en la planificación de la capacidad y escalabilidad de la infraestructura.
  • Implementar prácticas de seguridad en la infraestructura y colaborar en auditorías de seguridad y certificaciones.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de Data e Ingeniería para incorporar prácticas de confiabilidad desde el inicio del ciclo de desarrollo.
  • Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el rendimiento y la eficiencia de la infraestructura y aplicaciones.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de soluciones para escalabilidad y rendimiento.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência previa en roles relacionados con la gestión de la infraestructura y la confiabilidad de sistemas.
  • Licenciatura en Desarrollo de Software, Computación, Informática, o relacionados.
  • Conocimiento sólido del SO Linux.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de AWS o Azure.
  • Experiência en el despliegue y gestión de servicios en entornos en la nube.
  • Habilidades en scripting (p

  • Capacidad para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Conocimiento de diseño e implementación de soluciones de automatización, monitoreo de sistemas, resolución de problemas de rendimiento y disponibilidad, y prácticas de seguridad.

Modalidad de trabajo:

  • Sistema de trabajo híbrido, se puede considerar remoto si vives fuera de la ZMG
  • 9 am a 6 pm (tiempo completo)

Ubicación:

  • Dentro de Plaza Acueducto en Zapopan, Jalisco en el edificio de oficinas que se llama "Werkshop", así lo puedes encontrar en Google Maps
