The Opportunity

To support processes and analytics for production at internal plants and copackers. Perform daily / weekly supply chain functions, such as tracking, shortage reviews, monitoring age of products, KPI and service reporting and scorecarding, and work flow processes.

Your Impact

As Inventory Operations Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Effectively utilize of planning tools to support production planning and deployment
  • Communicate with shipping and warehouse locations to insure transfers and shuttles are expeditiously handled in priority order
  • Assist warehouses and co-packers to insure inventories are accurate and transactions are entered in a timely fashion
  • Monitor freshness reports and develop game plans to address product that will not meet freshness goals
  • Monitor inventories of items that are to be discontinued to eliminate / minimize scrap dollars. Provide assistance to planners when old age occurs to expeditiously donate or dump product as necessary
  • Support Repack and Display demand through attainment and shortages reporting. Evaluate and priortize past due and intransit to support repack demand
  • Closely monitor replenishment plans for the effective and timely launch of new products and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain all user data elements and workflows for all new items so they are added for effective planning

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Degree in a business related field (Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
  • 6 months - 1 year experience in planning or inventory management
  • English: Advanced (Must)
  • SAP
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel
  • Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills
  • Strong customer focus and results orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools
