Main Responsibilities:

What Skills You Need:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse and global teams.
  • 2 or more years of experience in product design, development, manufacturing, or related functional area.
  • Experience using computer aided design and engineering tools.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • 3 or more years of experience with diagnostic skills, root cause/failure analysis and problem solving.
  • 3 or more years of experience with diesel engine design and performance.
  • Experience in computer aided design systems (CREO), creating 3D models and 2D drawings.
  • PDMLink and SAP working knowledge.
  • Design for Six Sigma experience.

Education:

  • Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
