Your responsibilities:
- Daily review of customer demand coverage.
- Proactive communication with the customer regarding delay issues or increases in the delivery plan.
- Responsible for all customer related information (Call offs, notifications, etc. Maintenance of customer portals ( Stellantis BMW, Daimler) Process customer orders in the ERP system.
- Verification of customer demands VS existing capacities.
Your profile:
- Education: BD in engineering
- Languages: English, able to mantain a business conversation
- Experience: Customer Service, International Trade, Demand & Supply Automotive industry
