RESUMEN
Asegurar la generación de documentación de exportación, resguardarla y dar seguimiento a embarques hasta su destino final.

Asegurar la importación de materiales y activos fijos dentro de los tiempos requeridos por el cliente, resguardando la documentación de acuerdo a las políticas de calidad.


RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:

  • Generar documentos de exportación directa y/o virtual para nuestros clientes.
  • Revisar los pedimentos previa al pago de los mismos.
  • Importación de material por las diferentes aduanas (marítima, terrestre, aérea), llenado de registro de importaciones para el área de recibo.
  • Archivo de pedimentos y documentos anexos de acuerdo a las políticas de calidad.
  • Identificar movimientos que no se hagan de acuerdo al routing guide y escalarlos.
  • Generar guías de exportación para cada uno de los embarques de nuestros clientes.
  • Generar entregar los "Proof of Delivery" (POD) para cuada uno de los embarques.
  • Dar seguimiento a embarques de importación y exportación hasta destino.
  • Clasificar partes productivas y no productivas.
  • Realizar y administrar pagos de fletes y proveedores de Logistica.
  • Cotizar y coordinar fletes fuera del routing guide.
