Ops Support Specialist

El Especialista en soporte de operaciones 4 es un puesto de nível de entrada responsable de proporcionar servicios de soporte de operaciones, incluidos, entre otros; mantenimiento de registros/documentación, almacenamiento y recuperación de registros, mantenimiento de cuentas, creación de imágenes y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con Operaciones - Equipo central.
Además, el Especialista en soporte de operaciones 4 actúa como enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, los gerentes de proyectos, los custodios y los clientes.
El objetivo general de esta función es brindar apoyo a las operaciones diarias en consonancia con la infraestructura y los procesos de apoyo a las operaciones de Citi.
Responsabilidades:
- Seguir los procedimientos establecidos para completar tareas complejas y resolver problemas que requieren una investigación o investigación profunda.
- Brindar asistencia al equipo, lo que incluye servir como experto en la materia, liderar proyectos especiales, capacitar a los nuevos empleados dentro de la unidad de trabajo, brindar orientación diaria a los empleados de nível inferior y asignar el trabajo, según sea necesario.
- Llevar a cabo análisis e investigaciones básicos, así como la gestión del flujo de trabajo.
- Admite una amplia variedad de productos y servicios
- Comunicar la información pertinente a los altos directivos y apoyar las actividades que ayuden a mitigar la pérdida o el impacto de la organización, según sea necesario.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando especial consideración por la reputación de la firma y salvaguardando a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, normas y reglamentos aplicables, adhiriéndose a la Política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido con respecto al comportamiento personal, la conducta y prácticas comerciales y escalar, administrar y reportar problemas de control con transparencia.
Calificaciones:
- 13 años de experiência relevante
- Experiência trabajando en una oficina comercial o entorno operativo.
- Habilidades informáticas y matemáticas competentes con un enfoque en bases de datos y hojas de cálculo complejas
- Demuestra experiência técnica y administrativa.
- Constantemente demuestra atención al detalle
- Conocimiento demostrado de actividades, políticas y procedimientos de un área de trabajo básica.
Educación:
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente
- Conocimiento integral del Expediente del cliente
- Capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión y aplicar capacidades de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad de trabajo bajo presion
