RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:


Realizar pruebas ambientales, eléctricas, mecánicas y físicas detalladas en diferentes tipos de componentes electrónicos según lo asignado por el Supervisor de Operaciones del Laboratorio de Pruebas de Validación.

DESCRIPCION % DEL TIEMPO

Realizas pruebas apropiadas a componentes de componentes electrónicos de acuerdo con las especificaciones militares, industriales, de clientes o de Dale / Vishay.

Operar sofisticados equipos de prueba y medición como estaciones de lectura computarizada DC de resistencia, programas LAN e informáticos para la calendarización, entrada de datos y la finalización del reporte de pruebas, multímetros digitales con accesorios Kelvin, multímetros portátiles, puentes Megohm, Analizadores de Impedancia, Cámaras Ambientales y Equipos de Ensayos Especiales.

Utilizar computadora para registrar la solicitud de prueba y los datos detallados del producto.

Utilizar el sistema LAN y las estaciones de lectura para leer y registrar datos detallados del rendimiento de prueba en la computadora.

Prepara copias impresas de los reportes de pruebas completos y revisarlos para completar los datos y la precisión. Los errores pueden tener un impacto serio en las operaciones de fabricación

Redactar reportes de pruebas para su publicación, llenando los comentarios detallados, información suplementaria, números de referencia de notificación de reporte de falla, números de reporte de análisis de fallas, temperaturas de prueba, números de activos del equipo de prueba y números de página.

Adquirir la habilidad en el uso de calculadora para cálculos de la ley de Ohm y energía eléctrica.

Coordinar las pruebas, debido a las variaciones cotidianas, preparando, releyendo, interpretando y luego realizando los métodos de prueba de complejas y detalladas especificaciones militares, industriales, de clientes o de Dale / Vishay, con considerables referencias cruzadas.

Requiere considerable aprendizaje y atención al detalle. La mala interpretación puede tener graves consecuencias negativas en forma de fallas en las pruebas.

Crear planificaciones de carga de trabajo y plan de prueba y establecer prioridades de carga de trabajo por calificación, aceptación de lote, necesidades del plan de pruebas de evaluación y por supervisor de operaciones del laboratorio de pruebas de validación.

Consultar con el Supervisor de Pruebas Especiales o el personal de Ingeniería de Instalaciones para establecer pruebas nuevas, inusuales o únicas, configuraciones de muestras de prueba o filtros de prueba especiales.


FUNCIONES ADICIONALES:

Uso de herramientas manuales básicas tales como soldador, alicates, cortadoras laterales, cuchillas, destornilladores, separadores de alambre, termómetros, etc., que se requieren en el cableado, soldadura y ensamblaje de aparatos de prueba.

Operar pequeñas calculadoras y terminales de computadora de manera regular.
Realizar diversas funciones adicionales dependiendo del tipo de prueba o actividad al que sea asignado.

EXPERIENCIA Y ENTRENAMIENTO REQUERIDO:
Número de años de estudio y específicamente el tipo de entrenamiento y experiência.

Educación:
Diploma de Preparatoria o equivalente se requiere con la inclusión de matemáticas básicas y cursos de ciencia.

Experiência:
Experiência mínima de dos años en producción de componentes electrónicos.

Entrenamiento Básico:
Especificaciones o métodos militares, industriales, del cliente y Dale/Vishay según sea necesario.

Preparación, generación e interpretación de informes de prueba utilizando el software aplicable.

Procedimientos de prueba, calidad y seguridad aplicables.

Código de Conducta, Políticas de Calidad y Política de Condiciones Ambientales e Instalaciones.

Sistema de gestión ISO 17025 de este laboratorio.

Visa para viajar a USA (preferentemente)

CONOCIMIENTO, DESTREZA Y HABILIDADES:

  • Operación de terminales de computadora para generar informes de prueba.
  • 60% inglés
  • Operación de equipos de prueba y medición.
  • Microsoft Office.
Uso de herramientas manuales básicas como soldador, alicates, cuchillas laterales, cuchillo Exacto, destornillador, pelacables, termómetros, etc. que se requieren para el cableado, soldado y montaje de circuitos eléctricos de prueba.
